research data analysis for master degree

I have a master research data and would like to get stats on it. I will try now to explain the study: There are 4 conditions (groups) in the study: 1- verbatim group, 2- edited group, 3- standard group, and control group. Those groups watched a video that has different subtitle models accordingly. meaning: Verbatim group watched a video showing verbatim subtitles. Edited group watched the same video but with edited subtitles. Standard group watched the same video but with standard subtitles. Control group watched the same video but without any subtitles. the difference between these subtitle models is the speed rate of the subtitle while showing. The same experiment has been done twice. Once in Saudi Arabia and once in Australia. we have done this to invite more students and make the language as a factor which is (Home-Language) to see how home language affects Comprehension (Comp) and cognitive load questionnaire (CL). The comprehension column was a test given to the students to test their overall comprehension after watching the video under the condition. However, the cognitive load was a scale from 1-7 which gauges the mental load experienced by the students while watching the video. this as well was given after watching the video. The study questions: 1- What is the impact of the presentation rate on the effectiveness of subtitles in learning? Meaning we would like to see how every condition has affected cognitive load and comprehension test. is there a correlation/effect between home language and cognitive load and comprehension? Also, I would like to interpret the items in the columns (I-M) in the excel sheet and how they correlate with conditions. These questions should be answered for both samples (Saudi Arabia and Australia) and should be visualized. I also would like to run two way ANOVA since we are comparing groups, and would like the results to be interpreted as well. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Many thanks
