Filemaker database for import tracking

We are an importing company that has been using Excel to track our imports. The files are large and we'd like to shift to Filemaker (are open to another database). The deliverable will be ... to have a database that tracks our imports. If I were to break this database down it will essentially have the below parts: 1) Track quotes recd from Foreign suppliers (various fields like supplier name, quote nos, price, part #, etc) 2) Track Indian customer PO's and link to above quote (various fields like customer name, above quote reference nos, etc) 3) Track shipments from overseas (above data + bill of lading, etc) 4) Create a part # master (data available in Excel) We've worked with Filemaker ourselves for simple jobs and this is a quick 6-8 hour project (I think). We'd like to do this systematically - sketch out the basic screens and reports needed and then create the database. We'd like someone in Bangalore so that training in the office is easy but are open to developers elsewhere. Do get in touch. Thanks in advance.
