Please implement in Delphi 10.2 Tokyo compatible VCL visual control that displays a one line text scroll up effect, visually the same as in [login to view URL] at the section "8. Bracket Animation".
The same control does not need to display both static (not moving) text and the moving text. It's enough if the control displays only the moving text.
The input to the visual control could be for example a TStrings with the different texts to be shown in the "rolodex". If the input is TStrings with "Foobar|Qwerty|Testing 123", the control would show up with the word "Foobar", it would scroll up and text "Qwerty" would show up, it would scroll up and "Testing 123" would show up and that would end the animation.
The control must work in two modes: automatic mode where user defines a timed interval, e.g. 1000 msec, upon which the text scroll up effect occurs until no more new texts in the TStrings. Or, in manual mode where user must call a function, for example [login to view URL](); to execute the scroll up of one text line.
You can assume a fixed color background of this control, that is, there is no need to support transparency.
The final delivery shall be a compiled exe that shows the control is use, as well as Delphi 10.2 Tokyo compatible source code of the visual control.

Thanks for considering my bid.
