Se Requiere: Desarrollar módulos de manteción de tablas bases. Usuarios: Corresponde a la cuenta de acceso dentro del sistema ROLES: Conjunto de acciones que tendrá permitido un determinado usuario, dependiendo de las tareas a ejecutar Personas: Entidad que permite definir a: Residentes, Administradores, Guardias, Conserjes, Arrendatarios. Unidades: Espacio físico destinado a: Estacionamiento, Bodega, Departamento, Casa Espacios Comunes. Corresponden a aquellos espacios físicos de uso común, Gimnasio, Canchas Multi Funcionales, Salas Multi Uso Existe una base desarrollada sobre la cual se deberá iniciar los trabajos, modelo de datos creados y un proyecto estándar sobre el cual partir.
