Sharepoint/Flow/OneDrive - Email and Document Management

We are a Construction Company working in the Civil engineering Sector "Roads,Pipes etc" We are currently in the process of expanding the teams and working remotely. We need to adapt our systems to be able to manage various workloads as they come. We have recently started using microsoft Exchange and now their apps around it and need to integrate it. As our Office receives emails on the shared email accounts a "ticket" should be created to start a the process of processing the email and attending to the mail and saving and filing the attachments paper copy and on OneDrive. Invoices and statements from Suppliers/Creditors New Project Leads Basic Queries Contractual Matters Etc IT should be able to manage basic queries through to accounts with basic flow.
