First i do all the calculations manually and design the product in solid works with the design parameters. Then i generate all the fabrication drawings through AUTOCAD. Hi I have recently helped a colleague create a dust collection system similar to what you have in mind and which is getting commercialized as well so i will be able to help you realize your vision. But the system that you have sketched out in reality is very rudimentary and will actually not work efficiently at all. Also it would help to know your budget for this. I would recommend having around $500 allocated in reserve if you are serious about creating this. I can create and mail you a completely working prototype which you can use for commercialization. so it would basically work like a exhaust fan but will remove dust too or if we can put back the exhaust duct in the same room air will be recirculated but there will be one problem the output air temperature will be bit High than the room temperature.
