Over 4+ years of experience as a CAE engineer. Over 3+ years experience in aero engine domain and over 1 year experience in wind tunnel balances. Profile Summary:- NGRT Turboprop aero engine carcass deflection and load analysis are carried out for different maneuver loading conditions using Ansys. PW150C and PW812GA aero engine carcass deflection and load analysis are carried out for different maneuver loading conditions using Nastran. Engine Flange loads, Mount loads, Bearing loads and tip closures are tabulated due to aircraft maneuvers and engine thrust load conditions. Gyroscopic moments are calculated at each rotor stage (Rotating Components). Stress analysis is carried out Front inlet case and Warren Truss components for different maneuver loading conditions. Buckling analysis is carried out for PW812GA model for different loading conditions. Hand calculations (SOM approach) are carried out at different flexures of the high drag wind tunnel balance. Stress analysis is carried out for high drag wind tunnel balance for calibrated loads which acted on aircraft. Sensitivity study is carried out for strain gauge location to find optimum location of strain gauges on high drag balance for better measurement of strains using FEM. Validation of experimental results with high drag balance FE Model results. Hands on experience in analysis software are Ansys, Hypermesh, Nastran and Optistruct.
