Event staffing

Needs to hire 4 Freelancers Looking for someone who can help with event staffing . Duties include but are not limited to:- Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events, including chairs, tables and decorating items. Working as ushers and ensuring that seating arrangements adhere to the plan designated by the lead event manager . Ensuring the event hall is clean and organized. Designing tabletop decorations with lead from the event manager. Adhering to event safety standards. Ensuring excellent levels of customer service. Setting up lighting and sound equipment. Dispensing useful information to guests when deemed appropriate. Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list. Packing up equipment when the event is completed.
