From Service Now tool I would like to automate a report. Excel should be instructed in such a way that it will fetch the report from the Service Now every day at a certain time and then will run Macro or codes to build a report where different columns will be there and send it through outlook to certain recipients. We can build the report ourselves however there is an extra field which needs to be put in the excel through Macro. This extra field is about Age of that particular SR which would consider only weekdays.
