Develop a Microsoft Excel Sheet for optimal project pricing and determining likelihood of expected profit

I need someone to develop an excel worksheet for me that does the following: Part 1 Determine the likelihood of a lump sum (I.e. fixed price) project making a profit (I.e. not making a loss). The lump sum (fixed price) project will have a maximum and a minimum range at which it can be priced. Given this maximum and minimum range, build a spreadsheet that returns the likelihood/probability of achieving 80% of the maximum price and what this 80% number is. The objective ultimately is to determine probability of achieving 80% of the maximum price value of the project. Similarly, the sheet should be dynamic enough to be adjusted so as to determine what's the likelihood to achieve 50% or 10% or any other percentage of the maximum value of the project. The above should be illustrated in a histogram, a (bell distribution) curve and a cumulative distribution curve (similar to an s curve). The sheet should then dynamically indicate the 80% point (or any other predetermined percentage) on the curves/graphs. Part 2 Knowing the above mentioned 80% position, determine the expected profit if the project was costed at this 80% value. I.e. If Part 1 found that the 80% is $1million, what is the expected profit if the project was costed at this $1mil price. Again remember that this is a lump sum (fixed price) project. Plot an expected profit graph against the cumulative distribution curve from Part 1 above. The objective is to see what is the expected (probable) profit/loss at the minimum cost and also at the maximum cost.
