We need to build an excel spreadsheet and fill in with data selected form a PDF file.
A) FIRST PART OF THE WORK TO BE DONE
To do the work you need to build first an excel spreadsheet with the following fields (i.e. columns)

Note: most part of them are Italian company
2) Address (e.g. Street, road, square, etc.)
3) City (eg. Bistagno, Sesia, Rome, ecc.)
Note: some big cities such as Rome or Milan, are also County
4) County (e.g. Rome, Milan, Paris, etc.)
Note: county is often between brackets ( ) and shortened, e.g. Milan is reported as (MI) or as MI, Turin as (TO) or as TO, Rome as (RM) or as RM.
5) Region (eg. Piemonte, Lazio, etc.)

B) SECPOND PART OF THE WORK TO BE DONE
We then need to fill it in with data coming from a pdf file (39 Mb - 314 pages with a lot of graphics - available on request). Information in the pdf file is not structured, so you need to look for and select it.
Once populated the excel spreadsheet, you need to check the accuracy of the information (e.g. web site is correct? e-mail is correct?)
For the company in the category “COFFEE MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES” of the pdf file (pag. 245), you need to do additional check. The company could have declared just a primary type of activity, but to have also a secondary or third type of activity. This is, for example the case of [login to view URL] that declares to be and OCS producer, but it’s also a producer of professional coffee machine and coffee machine accessories.

I would most definitely like to see the PDF documents. If they are scanned and need to be OCR'd I will need to assess. I have Python code that can scan and extract information pretty efficiently from PDF documents. If it is a native pdf then that is excellent. I will write this in Python and extract information into a CSV format first, and then clean up in Excel
