MIS Management for Online Seller - Please read complete details before applying.

Job Title: MIS Manager • Individual should be well versed with different market places such as Amazon & Flipkart • The person needs to have good understanding of excel and be comfortable with managing large amounts of data • Attention to detail is critical. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily MIS Management The MIS consists of the following excel sheets which needs to be updated on a daily basis: a. Update Stock count based on matching dispatch data from each marketplace – Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, PayTM, Shopify b. Update order status based on order status for each portal - Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, PayTM, Shopify c. Update daily CFT sheet - Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, PayTM, Shopify 2. Weekly P&L Analysis a. Consolidate the following for each SKU for different platforms – Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, PayTM, Website; Total of around 15 SKU: i. Sales ii. Returns iii. Ad Spends iv. Market Place Fess v. Net Amount Received These data points are available across different reports from different market places. The individual needs to consolidate all these data points. 3. Claim Submission on Flipkart For each returned item on Flipkart, submit claim pics for seller protection fund money back. The individual needs to maintain a tracker and follow up with us to submit pics. He needs to ensure all claims and submitted without fail on time.
