I want excel sheet templates to be created for different needs in a small business environment. My employees are temporary (Pay per project basis), so I have to also record what I am paying to them for each job. I want the following templates:
1. Project Management (I want this excel sheet to have a list of projects with corresponding client info (Name, Payment, Contact info etc) and freelancer info (Name, paid for the job), Status of the project etc. I have already generated a simple table with these columns, but I want some automatic calculations to be done in other sheets.
2. Finance: Taking data from the Project management file, I want to see how much revenue was generated, how much was paid to the employees, which client contributed to more profit. They should be automatically calculable though first table. And I want to see them in graphical form as well. Pie chart and others.
3. Employee Records: This is also a tricky situation where one employee can have multiple skills, and how should I sort through the table to find best employee for the job.
4. And there will be other related templates which you can suggest me.

It sounds like you want to track and analyze the profitability of both clients and employees in aggregate and separately. Furthermore, you seem to allude to wanting a way to rank employee based on historical information captured in the first sheet. I have some ideas for how you can design such a sheet/table depending on what you mean by "best" employees. This could mean most profitable overall or most profitable for a given skills set needed for a project.
