Zend Framework Website improvement/fixes, possible redesign

The site was developed but is not working properly and having issues. We need someone to step in and finish some of the problems. While I have some skills in web development I do not have the level necessary to fix what we need done. Our site is a e-commerce site specializing in selling music for independent artists, musicians, poets, etc. If you want have a look at the site, it is http://www.pushnd.com. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have. We are looking for someone with PHP, Javascript ,jquery, and mysql database skills long with some front end design experience. The site was built using Zend Framework. Our major issues are uploading music from our users to our Amazon S3 server works but not efficiently. We are using Uploadify to do this and our users are only able to upload .mp3 format. we need to add support for other music formats, specifically .m4a. Also uploading sometimes hangs or stalls out. I would like to discuss other options instead of uploadify to upload content. One that is html5 not flash possibly. Second, we need users to upload a 30 second clip in addition to their full songs. I would like to change this so the site automatically plays a 30 second clip from the song uploaded instead of requiring them to upload a 30 second clip. Third, When artists register their account, we need to add a field in the registration for their Band Name. We then want this name to display on their page instead of the first and last name registration fields. Fourth, the site is not mobile optimized. We would like this to be improved. Fifth, we want to revamp our artist dashboard to it looks much cleaner and more user friendly. I think those are the main issues we need resolved asap. I also want to do a large overhaul of the site. Change how the main page looks and acts. Plus add templates for artists to select from for their individual pages. We have some implemented right now but they are very generic. These things we want to tackle at a later time (when we have additional funds to direct to this) and if you take on this project and it goes well we would love to re-hire you for.
