Art competition website with affiliate function and payment credit system

I am looking for a dynamic fresh looking website, that can allow users to sign up, view other Artist profiles (Details including - Name / Location / Portfolio and rating- rating comes from our website users based on rating/10 on each Artwork ) and upload their own portfolio of artworks, the artworks should be on show on the home screen and throughout the site and should be able to filter the works by popularity, category, and by time posted. I require the following pages, in the most unique and dynamic way possible. Please use sample images that can be deleted as new real art is uploaded, for the demonstration of the website. 1. Home Page - will need to have a search function to find an artists page, a titled artwork or to search for a category, as well as a gallery(or part of ) 2. Gallery - full interactive gallery; really needs to stand out, each artwork should contain link to the Artists page/portfolio 3. Upload pop up or page, so that the Artists can upload Artworks for competitions and other programs, info needed: (automatic - username/location/time/) user input/upload- up to 10 artworks, in any image format, and feedback text box. 3 and 4 will need to be easy to edit. [login to view URL] page/ pop up - Will give details of a compeition including prizes and how to win. what we expect, with a set deadline, buy in price, (pay with paypal or bank transfer). Each user can submit up to 3 works for the 1-off competition buy in price. Need export of all entries by email and in excel format with link to their uploaded Artwork(s) to judge. I NEED A WAY TO LET PEOPLE INVITE FRIENDS TO THE COMPETITION, AND TRACK THEIR INVITES THROUGH A CODE - AFFILIATE - THEY WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR ANY FRIENDS THEY INVITE IF THEY FRIEND JOINS THE COMPETITION THE PERSON WHO INVITED WILL RECEIVE 10% of the buy in price. Also need an allocated page for competition winners which can be found with links from the homepage or other pages. EXTRA- **If possible with minimal manual input- Winning artwork of competition should have a banner added to it in the gallery automatically or with a click of a button. The Artist's profile should also display a sentence outlining the win.** NOTE: Most of the artworks that will be uploaded will be to a 5:7 ratio in a portrait orientation. Design notes: I want it to look modern while adding a artistic/sketchy/virtual feel to it. A light/ dark mode would be a bonus. That's it!
