Bank transaction sync to PHP application

I have a php application in codeignitor, for creating invoice and marking the payments. I want to get bank transactions (payment deposit made in the bank) to be synchronised with the respective invoices created. The bank does not have an api or any ways of connecting to the application. Please post me with the solution and cost you propose. Developers suggested scrapping by using online login. Suggestions and recommendations invited. P.S we have a limited budget for this, if this project is successful we would have more regular tasks. Looking for an ongoing support. If you are a PM and a company it may not be ideal.
