I bought template and added in WordPress. You have to delete demo pages and the error so i can do the rest

Hello, I bought a template and added it in WordPress. [login to view URL] What i want you to do: - Fix the error. It came when i wanted to change the language in the settings on WordPress. - Delete most of the demo pages. I want in the end the page "video" on the homepage were i can add my video. - change the "myhouse logo" to the OCC logo. - On the top i want a menu with: Home (when you click on it you always go to the frontpage with the video and the listings below) - Next to Home a sub with "about us" but written in Dutch "over ons" - Next to "over ons" i want the title "nieuwbouw" (here you should see all the new buidlings listings) -Next to "nieuwbouw" i want the title "huizen te koop" (here i want all the resale buildings) - Next to "huizen te koop" i want the title "voorlichtingsreis" (there i will explain everything what the inspection trip is all about). - Next to "voorlichtingsreis" I want the title " Property management" (there i will explain everything what the inspection trip is all about). - Next to "Property management" I want the title "contacteer us" (here you have to add the mailinglist so the client can contact me) - The search engine you have to add "main location" with subs: Villamartin, El Galan, Las Filipinas, Torrevieja, Los Altos,... (everything what is in the region of Orihuala Costa in Spain- + "min beds" , "min Baths", "min Price", "Max Price" with the dropdownmenus. - The search engine you have to delete "Office" - Tell me how i can translate everything into Dutch the fastest way. - explain me in the end how you did the most things so i can change it later by myself. - below on the homepage i want to delete the 3 agents and want to add my picture on the "over ons" page. I don't think it will be a lot of work because it's already a template to use directly, i just want you to modify it so i can just start to add my listings.
