Hello! I'm in need of an experienced and creative freelancer who can help me flesh out a first draft, a proof of concept if you will, of an idea I've had kicking around for a while. Fancy design doesn't matter - I just want a site that functions well and has clean and readable code. Basically, I want a site built in PHP and HTML/CSS that allows registration of two separate account types with email verification. One type of account ("individual", we'll call it) will be able to "sign up" for the posts created by the other type of account ("business", we'll call this type). Once a target number of individuals sign up for the business post, the business will be notified and have certain data about the individuals that signed up for their post made available to them. I'll explain in much further detail to a shortlist. Please kind of summarize what I need in your proposal so I know you've read through it and understand what I'm needing. Being able to start work on it right away is a plus! Happy bidding!

Hello sir, I just wanted to make sure my proposal is here since I believe it's what shows to the client how I'm you ready to do the job.. Well actually since I'm new in Freelancer the only chance I have is through proposal and actually I just did a similar project for a client, 24 hours ago where he requested a fully registration verification through email address, forget password page that generated 6 digit codes sent to your email address I do also some extra services on demand with no extra fees for the client (custom password hashes, logs, news feed - where an admin would have a page in the admin panel where he can post news using a custom editor) I can't actually list everything here but if you sir have any questions feel free to ask me.

The first draft seems a straightforward thing. We can have two separate signup and for that matter we can design it in such a way that we can accommodate any new signup category in future as well. Emails verification etc is basic stuff so won't be a problem. Can get a small admin panel as well to manage posts and user accounts. Can start right away and deliver on time.
