Full-time Website Designer and Developer - Long Term Position

We are looking for a talented and creative Website Designer and Developer to join our team. This is a long term, full-time salaried position which will require a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - Complete Mastery of HTML5, CSS, Javascript and PHP. - Complete Mastery of Adobe Photoshop. - In-depth understanding and extensive experience with WordPress. - Able to capture ideas and create original and stunning websites and web applications. - Be a fast learner and open to using new tools and platforms. - Have a positive, can do attitude & work well under pressure. - Able to understand and communicate clearly in English. - Available for at least 3 hours from 8am to 8pm PST. - Access to a reliable High Speed Internet connection. - Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a website developer. - Diploma in Computer Science, Visual Arts, Graphic Design or related field is preferred but not required. JOB FUNCTIONS - Create Website and Web App Designs using Photoshop (20%) - Implement Websites and Web Apps using WordPress (60%) - Design and Build Mobile Apps using our Drag-n-Drop Platform (15%) - Create PHP scripts for website scraping, task automation etc (5%) APPLICATION - Submit a short description of why you believe you are the right person for this job, including past experiences & education background. - Include links to 3 of your BEST works that you’ve completed in the past year. COMPENSATION - Our starting salary for this position is $800 US per month. This is a fixed monthly salary that assumes a minimum of 40 hours per week with the occasional extended work days depending on project timelines. - Salary is subject to adjustments based on the candidate's skills and experience. - Our company also performs yearly evaluations to determine potential raises and/or bonuses depending on employee performance and on the company's performance.
