I am an artist/author with an extensive product line already on the market, but expanding into using my high-end photos in some new products as well, and also creating a new website. I need help from someone who is fun, easy to work with, flexible time-wise, and has a great sense of design and strong photoshop editing skills. MUST love in Phoenix, AZ, as this work must be done on my premises, in North Phoenix, near the main campus of PVCC. College students -- or high school seniors --- are most welcome , you will get great experience that can be part of your portfolio, and I can pay about $10 -12 per hour for your time, for 5-10 hours per week.

I can't do that since I live in Ohio but I wanted to suggest that you should add the Local feature to your brief so your project will be specifically aimed at the people in your local area and you wont get bids from people outside of that area.
