Graphic designer with excellent creativity to make print on demand desings

Hello, I am looking for a talented graphic designer/illustrator/artist who is able to create high converting designs in different categories/niches. (profession or passion niches such as gardener,music for instance) The main market is USA/UK/AU/Germany. These designs will be printed on various products such as boots, sneakers, pillows.. At the moment I want to try just a couple of designs to start with and then go from there. You need to be creative and efficient because the initial design can’t be expensive. I keep testing different markets, I want to see how the target audience responses to the design we provide them and if they like it then we will pay more attention to it. You can work with stock design from depositphotos, shutterstock or any other sites if you want but you need to be able to manipulate and tweak the images in order to get good results. So you need to have strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills. What can we provide? We will provide the psd layout file and a few psd mockup files. So you can instantly check your work. You don't need to edit the ad mock up, that is just a simple upload image. Now, it is really difficult to select the most suitable designer for this job hence I want to get a sample work from you if you are interested in this job, which hopefully be a long term one.
