Hi, we recently purchased a small boutique hotel in South Yarra, Melbourne. We have recently completed a full refurbishment of the property and have rebranded the Hotel. we are hoping to launch the property with Brochures, e-news, newsletters, brochures, social media offerings etc as required. For example - the first task will be an e-flyer email attachment to advise our existing database of the change of ownership, rebrand and new fresh and funky offering... We will give you the content, we need you to help give the professional and unique flair our brand represents. SoYa Apartment Hotel (SoYa is derived from our famous suburb, South Yarra) Themes to include; - Chic Luxury - Unique - Tech Savvy (we have google minis, tablets, smart TV's with Netflix in every room) - Fully Serviced Apartments (full kitchen and laundry facilities) - Unbeatable location (Most desired suburb in the worlds' most livable city) (think SoHo, Manhattan). - Fully refurbished - High speed dedicated Wifi - Large apartments (circa 55m2) - Our catch phrase is a play on our name So Ya (you) stayed Melbourne?
