We are a digital marketing agency, and for one of clients in the financial sector we need to design a single page static website / landing page, with logo, title, opening paragraph, 2 comparison tables with some icons and star-reviews, a little bit of text in between, 3 banners and an additional "privacy policy" plain text page. This landing page should meet the following- 1. Be designed in accordance with the required theme 2. Be either fully responsive or with dedicated mobile design 3. Be optimized for conversions design wise, mobile and desktop 4. Load time under 2 seconds, and passing Google's compatibility and speed tests 5. Easy to edit in terms of replacing texts etc (editable html is good enough, no need for a CMS) The project should include the full design, coding the design and uploading to the server. Everything needed for the page to be live and functioning. Sketch design, texts, themes, examples, guidelines and server access details will be provided.
