This project is directed to serious, skilled, experienced web designers who can convert our webpage into something dazzling. We are very demanding and are not satisfied with the current look of our website: [login to view URL] Main points of this website makeover include: TOP NOTCH GRAPHIC DESIGN The whole website must be re-designed in order to make it more visually appealing and professional with seamless graphics and enhanced usability. This includes (but is not limited to): layout, forms, banners (sizes and positions), popups, menus, colors, fonts, texts, titles, margins, borders, maps, icons, buttons, effects, backgrounds, image manipulation, etc. This can be achieved redistributing existing elements, reshaping them, adding new ones, etc. MULTI-LANGUAGE All texts must fit perfectly to the graphics in a dynamic way (length of texts may vary depending on language displayed) Encoding must be capable of displaying correctly non-latin alphabets and special/accented characters. CONSISTENCY Graphical uniformity throughout the website of the graphic style of choice. OPTIMIZED FOR ADVERTISING Layout must be optimized in order to maximize revenues from banners following guidelines from Google Adsense ([login to view URL]) DETAILS Attention to details, even tiny, minimal ones is of extreme importance: we expect a pixel-perfect accuracy for ALL elements. All coding must be improved/revised/rewritten/restructured in order to optimize it and make it perfectly performing at any time: reduce server response time; eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content; leverage browser caching; optimize images; minify JavaScript, CSS and HTML; etc. The speed of pages will be monitored using a third party tool. New website can't be slower than current one. SEO Elements of each page must be optimized for search engines. This includes but is not limited to: automatic generation of page titles, file names, descriptions, use of alt attributes for images, tags H, meta tags, language tags, etc. CMS must organically follow siloing rules in files and folders names throughout all website's languages. Sitemaps (html and xml) are currently automatically generated and updated. GOOGLE ANALYTICS Implement Google Analytics code throughout the website. GOOGLE MAPS Proficiency in Google Maps API is mandatory. WORKFLOW The workflow will be followed in an easy, linear way, with shared tasks on a dedicated website ([login to view URL]).
