Write an Android and iPhone application

We need a custom app to be created that is for our company agents. This is for the health insurance industry. Basically we collect customer leads via the internet and insert those leads into our internal system. From there the lead is assigned an agent to work the lead. Then we want the lead to be sent to the Agents Mobile App and notified him/her of the lead with the contact info to call and sale insurance too. Below are some of the capabilities we want the app to be able to do. 1. Needs to work on Apple iOS and Android. 2. Alerts the user with a red number alert on the top right of the icon (like Facebook) the agent gets many leads. 3. Alerts with a pop up alert on the phone. In the iPhone, this would be in the Notifications center. 4. Alerts should be accompanied by a sound alert. There should be a unique sound based on each individual lead type. Web leads would get their own sound. Telemarketing phone leads would have their own sound. We have a few different types of leads that we collect. 5. Single touch to dial the number on the lead. 6. Lead should get stored within the app. 7. Need search capabilities within the app by all fields (name, number, city, etc) 8. Need sort capabilities within the app. Sort by date delivered, last name, area code, etc. 9. Ability to make notes about a lead. 10. Ability to set the disposition of the lead and that data should get sent back to our internal database. 11. Ability to set reminders on a specific lead. For example, “call back tomorrow at 9:00”. The app should alert the Agent at that time to call the customer back. 12. Ability to push out companywide messages to the app from the home office. “Like great sales week message”. The app will need to connect and pull data from our internal lead system via a web service and also submit lead updates back to the web service.
