jQuery Script Creation

I'm look for someone to create me a jQuery script that handles animations onscroll events using data attributes. I want to be able to add data attributes to html elements and then when a user scrolls to the element a specific animation takes place. See example below using a div tag. Let's call this script [login to view URL] Example: <div class="cre-animate" data-animation="fade-in" data-speed="1000" data-offset="50%" data-easing="ease">Some Content</div> I want the script to identify with the elements that have the class="cre-animate". data-animation: I want several different animations to be able to take place. fade-in fade-out slide-down-from-top slide-in-from-right slide-up-from-bottom slide-in-from-left scale (for scale there would need to be 2 more data attributes. data-start-scale and data-end-scale) rotate (user and specify degrees) flip-y-axis flip-x-axis data-speed: User can choose the speed of the animation data-offset: An offset of 0 or no offset means the animation will trigger when the element hits the top of the viewport. I want data-offset to be in percent. So a data-offset value of "100%" will trigger when the element enters the very bottom of the viewport. data-easing: specifies what easing animation will take place. ease linear snap That's basically it. I want to be able to animate multiple elements such as: divs, img, headings, text on the same page. [login to view URL] will be an external file. Please let me know if you have any questions. If you have wordpress experience this will be a plus as I will most likely be looking to have this created into a wordpress plugin in the future.
