Build from PSD to eBay Template, experienced only please.

Hi, We are looking for an knowledgeable eBay Expert/Developer to create a Single Listing Template compatible with eBay. I will provide the PSD design and you will do the development work. What's needed? 1. Slice up and convert a single page PSD design to Clean HTML/CSS eBay Template (must be 100% hand coded & SEO friendly) 2. Template must be 100% Responsive coded (needs to be 100% mobile/tablet friendly) 3. Template/Code must be compatible with eBay External Listers such as Inkfrog, turbolister, and couple other 3rd Party Listing Service that I currently use. 4. NO JAVASCRIPT and no active content will be allowed in the code! 5. Revisions will be required in the html/css code until I get the look I want. You will send me the .css /.html files and I'll upload them to my own server. I will then fully test the template to make sure it is in excellent working condition, if any issues arise then revisions will be needed. Essential Requirements: - Expertise with eBay Marketplace (Listing templates, Store templates and proper eBay design/code skill, to ensure the PSD design is properly built for conversion.) -Expertise in HTML, HTML5, CSS3, CSS, Responsive Design, eBay Templates and Design skills is a Plus.
