Design and Build a WP site to sell tickets for themeparks and zoos

Need someone who can design and build a basic WP-website where I can sell tickets for themeparks and zoo's. Need it to have: 1) a basic page showing all available tickets 2) A detail page to tell more about one specific ticket 3) An easy order flow (including payment integration and order integration in WP) 4) Tickets should be generated as PDF, contain a barcode and should be mailed to the customer 5) A basic about us/ contact page - Style should be like [login to view URL] (which is my price comparission website where people will come from before they actually want to buy tickets) - Language should be Dutch Off course all the basic ordering status stuff should be available to me (get a notification when people order, what the status of the payment is etc) You can use any available WP-plugin, use Woocommerce or whatever is needed. Basically: the more default plug-ins you use, the better. I have been looking for out of the box solutions for my wish but all existing templates are based on one day events/ work based on a calender, where I'm selling tickets that will be valid for maybe a complete season for a ZOO (so much less related to a specific day)
