Ekolet has its own web pages [login to view URL] and web shop related to it. • The web pages have been done with WordPress • Web shop is managed by WordPress and WooCommerce add-on • Web pages are done in five language (English, Finnish, Japan, Swedish and Germany). The most important customer languages are Finnish and English. • Web pages are hosted in Finland by Finnish web hosting service provider Louhi Net Oy (Ltd) WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR A. We are looking for a website maintenance company to take care of our monthly website maintenance routines for [login to view URL] that can mostly be done by automated tools. The maintenance professionals need to be familiar with WordPress and WooCommerce. Needed monthly services are • Software updates related to WordPress • Creating back up files on monthly bases and keeping minimum of 3 backup versions at all times • Monitoring of website outages • Checking website links (like A404 errors) B. In addition, we will need from time to time advanced support e.g. if some parts of the web pages don’t show correctly after software updates or if we need to renew part of the pages. Basic writing and editing of the web page content can be done by Ekolet staff.
