Need article template and clone

I am looking for someone who is capable of providing modern design layout/corporate look and feel and knows WP. Current job: For now I have a need for someone to add about 7 pages (articles). The designer will create a one page template and the rest of the articles will copy the same format (except images and text in the body). Most of the effort will be on the template. I want the designer to actually add certain elements into the page, so it looks high quality. I can add the pages in wordpress and add pictures myself but the reason why I want some else to do it for me so I can have a complete ' PROFESSIONAL' look. The pointers I will give include Header, footer elements, fonts type, picture types, layout etc.
