Need expert to scale up sales via google ads

We need a Google Ads expert for our e-commerce store. This is an ongoing job and needs to work on a monthly basis. Tasks that you will be managing: - Google Shopping campaigns - Scale up shopping campaigns - Finding profitable products and get maximum ROI while outranking other competitors. - Profitable retargeting campaigns (search/Display) - Search campaigns for well-converted keywords from shopping campaigns and many more. See more details below We have an e-commerce store on Shopify. We want you to advertise via google ads in the USA. Points: - No limit on budget per month or per day if we are getting sales within our conversion range. - Right now, I'm spending around $100 per day via Google ads on the same store. - I’m well familiar with google ads and I don’t need someone to help me set up Google Ad campaigns. - I've been doing ads myself for last one year. - I want to hire someone to bring sales and scale up my business. - I'm not familiar with scaling business using ads shopping/search ads. - Like I'm getting 3 sales on average per day, I want to change it to 6. I'm not able to do that and I want to hire someone for this task. I tried all variations as per my knowledge. - We have titles, images, description for every product and its present right now in the merchant center. - There is no need to create a new feed or anything else in the merchant center. we have all the products listed in the merchant center. - You can advertise all products from Google ads account as they are already there. - I need you to scale up my sales bring new sales and increase the number of sales compared to the previous time slot. - I'll give you new ads account to advertise not where I’m advertising right now. I’ll give read access to my old ads account that I’m using now for advertisement. - You will get all information from there. Past history, keywords, and other things. - Keep in mind that there is just one task in this project: Bring new sales and scale up with sales numbers per day/week/month. - If you failed to do this I'll not consider you as an appropriate freelancer for my task. I'll create milestone as per your will. - I'll cancel and not release payment if you are failed to bring sales as per my demand. - Cost per conversion must be below $30 and on average one sale per day in the first month. - I’m not asking for perfect results. It should look like that your efforts brought sales and within my range. - As mentioned above my target. The possibility of a small difference in results is acceptable. - But it should not look like 10 sales in a whole month and costing me around $50 per sale(example). - In that case, I'll have authority to not release your milestone payment. - You may see my conditions tough but if you bring as per my demand, I'll reward you in a much better way. - Do you accept my terms?
