Position Hiring: Administrative Assistant/Data Entry RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Updating client information in computer system Running and processing multiple documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Inputting purchase orders Other various administrative tasks,Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. May take customer orders and enter them into a pre-established tracking system Assignments will be sent to you via e-mail or IM and you will report directly to your immediate supervisor KEY REQUIREMENT: Applicants for this role will need to be familiar with relevant software packages and have a good typing speed. They will need to have strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills. They will also need to be able to operate other forms of equipment such as printers and tape machine. They should also to be able to work to deadlines and use their own initiative.

When i was in highschool , i was the Editor-in-Chief of our school publication and I also write sports and news articles. I proofread my staffs output. I also joined schools press conference a couple of times every year and was able to reach division level for that competition. I had my first job when I turned 18 years old last 2012 as a Customer Service Representative in one of the large Call Center Company in the Philippines assisting American customers. It was a great experience because I learned a lot of things such as how BPO Industries works. After my contract ended , I went back to school to continue my studies as college student. Year 2015, i worked as Customer Service Representative and promoted as a Technical Support after 6 months under Telecommunication account and the same with my first job , we're assisting American Customers. I'm honest,loyal, and willing to be trained.
