Iphone & Ipad client development

We are a software development company, looking to develop a client soiftware for our main product about Document dematerialization. Current project requires skilled iOs developpers to create an iPhone and IPad app that do the following : - displays a welcome screen requiring the user to enter authentification information (user, login, serveur IP and port) - connect to the server using classical SAOP webservice methods in a very basic way (XML string formated exchanges) - enters the second screen of the App and displays a list of document baskets (folders) displaying the folder icon, name and documents count - Select one of this folder and enter le last screen that displays a srollable list of documents thumbs for this folder. - The user can clik any of this thumb, so the App retreives the associated PDF file and displays the PDF document under the thum images list - a few more bottons on the screen to "Accept", "Refuse", "Validate" and "Comment" this document (using teh webservice call) and teh project is done. All messages with the server are the same easy Webservices for commands and Http Get to retreive images, icons and PDF files. The look should be very similar to the Installous iPad or iPhone app. Internally, we have estimated the development time betwwen 12 and 17 days for a skilled developper with good knowledge in SOAP webservices messages and PDF display . We have a complete description of the project with all required details, available for selected bidders. The french version is already attached to this project so you can see the different screens we need and the SAOP Webservices messages requested. A fully enghish translated version will be provided if required before the launch of the projet. The same development will be asked later for the Android 4 plateform, once the iPad is done. So Android development skills is also appreciated.
