The challenges or more likely issues on load balancing is when the cloud clients try to access and send request to the same cloud server while other cloud servers remain idle or inactive at that moment. Particular cloud servers don’t receive the requests from the cloud clients. Thus, it leads to the unbalanced workload on cloud data centers. Therefore, multiple methods suggested and has been implemented to enhance response time and resource allocation in cloud environment. However, there were few issues that we have identified from the research papers. In cloud computing, the problem of scheduling of jobs is an NP-complete as the number of users associated with the computing increases [3]. At the same time, the job requests to be scheduled are correspondingly increases, however the existing strategies of task scheduling unable to fulfil its requirements. Scheduler method only allows one I/O bound application to be executed at a particular time, thus creating a resource allocation problem. The arrival of load affects some server to be overloaded while other servers possibly idle or under loaded. Hence, a performance evaluation study on the load balancing algorithms with regards to optimize and maximize throughput using equal load balance across virtual machine is needed due to lack of research on this area.
