ffmpeg expert - must know nodejs

i'm looking for an experienced developer that knows ffmpeg very well, and knows nodejs. i have a linux software which uses ffmpeg, which needs to be tweaked for my needs: the server is mainly used for ffmpeg live transcoding, so far it's working ok, but i need you to setup and configure ffmpeg watchdog and integrate it into the software. also i may have some further questions regarding tweaking ffmpeg in the software to work more effeciently when/if possible. also need to find out if there is a specific command i need to run to stop specific live stream, and another command to start that stream at a later time from terminal, i do not want to kill ffmpeg because that will kill all the streams. only people with experience bid
