Our team is looking for a developer to assist our lead developer in adding features and fixing issues of multiple ongoing Rails projects. We are an agency and get new projects regularly so if there is a good fit we can be working together for a long time. We are looking for ~ 20-40 hours per week for an ongoing project (~6+months) Requirements: - 6 years of development experience and at least 4 years with Rails - University degree in computer science - Extremely proficient with javascript, HTML and CSS/Sass - Fluent in English - Experience writing unit tests - Great understanding of Git and the correct process for using it in development - Knowing Angular is a bonus Programming Languages Required: Ruby on Rails JavaScript Project Type: Ongoing project Ongoing project: Developer Project Stage: Design You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: - How many years of experience with Rails? - Have you studied computer science or a similar in university/college? How long did you go to college or university for that? - What are your work hours? How much does it overlap with 10am-6pm EDT? Less than 30 hrs/week Hourly 3 to 6 months Project Length $$$ Expert Level I am willing to pay higher rates for the most experienced freelancers Skills and Expertise AngularJS CSS Docker HTML5 JavaScript jQuery Ruby on Rails Vagrant Preferred Qualifications Freelancer Type: Freelancers Only Job Success Score: At least 90% Include Rising Talent: Yes English Level: Fluent - Has complete command of this language with perfect grammar
