help me configure Postfix outgoing mail

Hi everyone, I have a Virtual Private Server (VPS) with Linux Gentoo installed on it. However, it seems that Postfix Outgoing mail is not yet configured so I can't still send emails. I need someone to help me configure this. I will not provide access to my server, I will simply follow your instructions on what to do. I know how to use the Linux console so as long as you tell me what to do, I will do it. Also, does Postfix imposes any sending limits like 75 emails per minute? is it possible to overcome this limit? I already have postfix installed and works with incoming mail but this project is for someone to help me configure outgoing mail. I have my autoresponder that uses SMTP authentification with my linux server but doesn't work, i get an error saying: "Invalid user name or password". We need to make my autoresponder connect to my server for outgoing mail please. I assume that after configuring outgoing mail on the server, this will be easy as its just a matter of passing the smtp information such as server, user name and password. This is an easy project for someone who knows. I will leave an excellent rating and good comment. I expect that as soon as I accept your bid, you will reply promptly to all my questions.
