Build me a script to control squid and a Ubuntu server

Hello, I'm looking for an script that help me out to manage a ubuntu 18.04 server with squid that has multiple outgoing ips. I will need something that first set up squid environment. And then let me choose to this options: -1. Add an ip to the server -2. Add a username (asking me for name, passwd and for how much time has access, after that time it will be automatically deleted) -3. Add an ip client to use it as authentication method -4. Assign ip range to an username -5. Assign ip range to an client ip -6. Assign ip range to an username and ipclient (both at the same time and could authenticate with any of them) -7. Delete an ip range from a username -8. Delete an ip range from a ipclient -9. Delete username -10. Delete ip client [login to view URL] ip range from the server [login to view URL] an username proxy info (outgoing ips assigned and their ports) [login to view URL] an ip client proxy info (outgoing ips assigned and their ports) -14. Shutdown proxy [login to view URL] proxy [login to view URL] It should be done with mysql and the ports fot the http traffic will be random picked automatically by the script.
