Linux System Administration and Oracle VM Installation - For Mumbai Based Freelancers Only

IMPORTANT : A) This job is only open to Mumbai based freelancers B) Must be able to to work at our customer site for a few days. MUST HAVE Requirements : • 3-5 years' experience as a Linux Systems Administrator • Experience managing Red Hat Enterprise and Oracle Linux Server • Skilled and productive in a Linux command line environment • Fluent in scripting languages • Can set up Oracle VM on Linux Server • Each VM can be accessible in a LAN environment • Understanding of fundamental networking and distributed computing environment concepts • Expert in managing and troubleshooting all common networking issues • Preferred experience planning for and performing backups, restores and disk imaging (e.g. dump, restore) PREFERRED Requirements : • Red Hat Certified Engineer, RHCE • Experience managing Oracle Linux / RHEL Enterprise • Experience with NFS/iSCSI storage • Experience managing virtual environments • Experience with Oracle RAC and Oracle Enterprise Database is highly desired You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: 1. Experience in RHEL ? 2. Can you work on-site in the day/nite time when you are called ? Specify restrictions, if any. 3. Do you have basic networking experience. 4. Do you know how to setup Oracle VM and make it accessible in a LAN environment ?
