We are looking for freelancer who can create a customized ubuntu server 16.04 with xfce 4.12 installation cd (iso).The installation should be completely locked down to avoid users changing the [login to view URL] installing xfce on ubuntu server the freelancer will, disable right click on the desktop, remove the applications menu,create launchers on the panel and then lock the panel so that users cannot edit,move or delete the panel or the [login to view URL] launchers will include; Firefox web-browser, LibreOffice Calc and Writer, Evince Pdf Viewer, Shotwell image/photo manager, Printing Configuration(by installing system-config-printer-gnome), Network Folder, Reset [login to view URL] panel should be across the top of the [login to view URL] should install nodm so that the user created is automatically logged in without asking for a password. You should write a "reset XFCE" script that just clears out all the XFCE dotfiles and copies in our defaults,It should also delete any browser cookies, changes made or files downloaded . We could even run it at login or logout to enforce our layout/configuration. Usb flash disks should auto-mount and a window should pop up with the flash disk content. Downloaded docs should also pop-up when they finish downloading. Firefox should be setup in kiosk mode and set the mime types so that downloaded files are opened by the corresponding program.

Hello, Will make the ubuntu install cd with all the options you asked but have some doubts: It will be a fully automated install CD? Or the user installing the Ubuntu can have the options to change or add some packages to it? If its automated, you realize it will partition and maybe destroy old operating system on the computer, it will ask first of course, but it may be dangerous on people with no knowledge of this. If its a controlled environment and the machines don't have any data it will be ok to use. Will provide the ISO in the first days, but may need the fully 14 days to make it perfected as you need, some things may be tricky to do and take more time.
