Sales/Marketing/Business Developer - partner/agency for Web & Mobile Development Agency

We are a small Web & Mobile Development Agency acting on various markets (US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand) and being outsource partners for Web & Mobile Projects. The website development and maintenance business based in Europe wanting to increase our projects amount month by month. Our business is based around designing & developing websites and mobile apps for small to medium businesses at a low cost, and providing ongoing hosting and maintenance for a monthly cost. Looking for outsourcing partners/agency who can help us out to grow our client base on a monthly basis. Sales/Marketing/Business person will be in charge of getting us new projects short, mid. or long term size. Successful candidates who can bring us new ways to gain more ongoing clients and to build the business to a higher level. We are not prescriptive about the strategy used and are open to the best ideas. This is an area of investment for us and there will be ongoing work for the successful candidate who can demonstrate value and add to the business growth. We are looking for long term partners and want to offer fixed payment + % of each deal they assign to us. For every contract you will get additional 30% each month of the monthly amount that we charge to our clients for maintenance and support. We need 4-5 partners who are focused on clients from US, UK, Canada & Australia markets.
