pcb reverse engineering also firmware and software

I have a pcb audio reader this needs to be exactly cloned also firware and the software willing to send the pcb to the winning bidder he or she must be totally committed to this job and not just bid and put it to the bak of the pile once job is awarded. reasonable bid and you get the job able to employ straight away all that is needed will be supplied also further projects are in the near future. that depends on how well this goes and i have enough projects to keep freelancer continuesley going project rolling on to new one. I expect truth and achievable work not just being told to please and ending up not happening the truth and trust is what is needed between me and winning bidder.
