Hello, Yes it makes sense and it can be done through a VBA code that connects an ADO connection method that basically checks the status before inserting the new records. I have done a similar example before that status of order is updated based on a set criteria of the order lines (one to many relationship) so even if the type of relationship allows you to insert multiple records with same ID but we can add an additional rule to be validated before inserting, and here we can derive it the same way.
