Write an Android application

I am looking for someone to build server side for online MultiPlayer card game using Google Service Or Java based Plus three types of card board animations. The Server Side Should include the following: 1- Login to Game Using Facebook , Google+ Accounts and As a Guest. 2- System Points for each user and history for number of winner games and loses games. in case the user win the points increase 10 and in case lose the points decrease 10 points. In case Guest user there is no system point. 3- There are levels for each user, in other words based on points there are five colors for levels as example from 1000 - 1500 Gray color, from 1500 - 2000 orange and so on, we will provide the exact colors and related points to it. 4- There is no chat but the users can select predefine statements like Good Game, nice one, bad luck...etc. 5- The user is able to invite friends, Google + And Facebook. 6- each Game Should has same level of players, in other words, the User A has 1300 Points and he is in level 1, then he has to access to game which all players in the same level (Level 1), we are going to provide levels in details. Card Animation Part: We are going to provide a template based on Android Animation Part, which include cards and animations. First of all we want to add bid dialog for each player, then another bid dialog to choose game type. Each player must has a small quarter contains his bid and actual result. Add Result dialog for players. So we are going to provide board with shuffle cards and animation for main user, we need to change the animation in three ways and we want to add the following: 1- Bid Dialog for each player , the dialog has number , once the user click on the number the value user selected will same to his bid. 2- Type Dialog for bidder user, the dialog has different values, once the user click on one of these values the type value should be change for this user. We are going to provide an examples of Card Animations. and other dialog. --------------------- We want documentation for project , and the code must be readable and easy to maintenance. also we want to add comments for source code.
