Features required in the app are mentioned below
Event Directory: List all the events happening in the venue and display the event calendar. We are looking at a block/card based material UI design
Event Registration: Option to register for the events an option to pay from the app itself. (if any)
Event Check-In: Fast, reliable, and secure on-site guest check-in. Eliminating lines at the door
Venue Display & Booking: A facility to see the schedule and book different sporting venues including badminton court, football ground, cricket ground, etc. This should include interactive maps of the venue and display the feature list.
Surveys/Polls/Feedback System: Events specific surveys and Building Facility feedback options. Option to include: multiple choice, sliding scale, and more. Export data as needed.
Push Notifications: Push messaging to communicate with attendees registered during the event. Push notifications to communicate with all the registered users
CMS/Admin backend: To easily add delete events/polls, Add/delete venues for booking, etc. Option to manually add listing/blocks in the home page and add background images to it
Reporting: A reporting area to see number of people registered, Most sought out venue, Most sought out sporting event, etc. An option to export the reports
App to be developed considering future expansion in mind.
