I am developing a smart office device in the form of an android tablet connected to wifi used for communication from smartphones users. Features include – Bell alert, Messages and voice messages. I am facing issues in maintaining consistent connection from the smartphone to the tablet device with bell not connecting. Have tried websockets and firebase. Need consultation to develop a consistent working of the bell via internet where smartphone pushes a bell on their smartphone app and a bell alert rings on the smart device tablet. Tablet – Android 4.4.2 (Custom OS) Smartphone app – Developed on react native. I need consultation and guidance on how to maintain consistent and reliable scenario where the bell goes through at all times.
