Simple WebView App

i have a rails app, that i want to convert into an android webview app. 1. The app will be based on navigation drawer activity. 2. The action bar that comes with the activity will be of white color plus there will be no preloded title on that action bar instead of that, there will be a logo in center of the action bar, just like in instagram. 3. There will be two more app bar, one will be place just after the main action bar, it will have three options each will point to a page in the rails app. 3. Just like instagram there be one more app bar at the bottom of the app with some option. i will provide a Design preview of what exactly i want, this is an urgent and simple project.
