I am a long range rifle shooter and I would like to put together an application that utilizes the camera in the phone for spotting shots when the mounted to a spotting scope. The app would need to do the following: - Record video - Have a reticle graphic over the footage that scales with the zoom of the camera (record the reticle ON/OFF) so the user can have clean footage if they wish - Manual focus - Multiple reticles/colors (black, white, red, green, blue) - calculator to work out the distance to a known target size via a math solution (calculator for yards and meters) Once I get some idea on how much an app like this might cost I will put together a full brief of what I'm after and also the artwork required for the app includes GUI, Avatar, Reticles and anything else required. I am a graphic designer and I'd only need to know the dimensions of each item required.
