I can help you with your project, I played around in unity as a hobby for about 5 years now. I have a multpilayer project I am working on and I have already a DLL which packages data into bytes to make it faster, also has vector3 and quaternion functions for byte packaging. I can incorporate that plus build a tcp networking system for your server. shouldn't take me more then a week to complete the project and have throughly tested it for you

I worked on many projects in Unity3d and mainly on plugins integrating low level code (android specific). One of the projects was using TCP/IP as communication protocol, therefore I'll be able to complete such a task with no problem :)
