Hi, as per your description, you are going to create a financial package which will have separate versions specific to shop, companies, and enterprises respectively. This software will be flexible to accept extension and customization as and when required and also will have the reporting architecture for extracting reports as and when required. If you have already seen 'TALLY' then its having a single user desktop version which can be extended as network versions up to more than one when required. My understanding is that you want to make a competitor of 'TALLY' in the Global market. Correct me if I am wrong. I am putting the actual budget which may not make you happy but below that price none can create this software successfully.
